Recently, Lansford was designated an official Historic District in the state of Pennsylvania. It is scheduled to be designated a National Historic District by the end of 2011. This is a great thing! It allows property owners to take advantage of some really great tax incentives (how does a 20% tax rebate sound?) and allows for future grant opportunities. Once the details are set, we'll post them here for you.
